Public LP Database
Denmark's
Publicly-Backed LPs
as of 2026The public LP ecosystem is influential, unstructured and difficult to navigate. This edition continues the series, mapping the publicly-backed institutions behind Danish venture.
* Figures cover Denmark-headquartered funds that have received public-LP backing, from any LP in this report. The “headquartered abroad” figure is narrower on purpose: it counts only Denmark-domiciled LPs, so supranational backers such as the European Investment Fund are excluded from it while still counting above.

This guide maps the publicly-backed institutions behind Danish venture — EIFO, the European Investment Fund, the NATO Innovation Fund, ATP and Dansk Vækstkapital — their mandates, and the funds they back. It is written for GPs who are raising, or planning to raise, from Danish public capital.
